We are seeking a self motivated individual to join our growing optical practice.
Major duties and responsibilities include:
Assist patient in styling and selection of frame and lenses, according to prescription needs.
Provide premium customer service with a positive attitude, energy and willingness to go the extra mile.
Perform appropriate optical related measurements and fitting, including OC, Seg Hgt, PD etc.
Dispensing glasses and contact lenses orders, troubleshoot fitting issues, front office support.
