We are seeking an experienced Property Manager for a busy campus property with over 200 units! If you have a passion for property management, are a great team leader and have experience working in a busy community this position is for you!
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, office management, leasing, communication with residents and prospective residents (including follow-up), working with vendors and overseeing a team of maintenance technicians and office staff.
The ideal candidate for this position satisfies the following job requirements:
Effective Communicator (with Residents, Prospective Residents, Vendors, Staff and Portfolio Manager)
Organized
Excellent Leasing Skills
Creative with Marketing Units
Strong Writing Skills
Experience with Management Software is a plus
Great Time Management Skills
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is a must
This position is 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. This position requires you to be on-call for any after hours emergencies.
