Property management company has current opening for a Property Manager in Albany. This is an on-site position and has responsibility for three properties and 104 units. Knowledge of landlord/tenant law desired. No maintenance or landscape responsibilities. Rent provided plus salary. Position is responsible for collecting rents, bank deposits, giving notices, dealing with tenant complaints, and keeping the grounds clean.
