RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overview

Performs functions and services in training and ongoing procedures using standardized processes, tools, and deliverables to streamline sales process and promote data integrity and compliance.

Maintains a comprehensive understanding of relevant tools, processes, and products to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Sales Process and Admin Support

Supports Comprehensive Services sales representatives with case management, eSTART, inputting orders and driving the closed deal process.

Provide administrative support to sales management

Transition to Implementation

Preparing and auditing closed deal package to ensure complete and accurate documentation, signatures and data

Provide order entry technology and Salesforce support to all Comprehensive Services sales representatives

Field questions on sales order documents and review sales orders for proper documentation

Assign sales orders for the core market sales representatives

Assist management with month end processes

Liaison between sales and implementation fielding questions, providing assistance and support

Liaison between sales and accounting regarding order entry and compliance

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Limited to occasional training and regional office support; < 5% of time.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree

EXPERIENCE: One to two years of experience in a relevant industry

Ability to work Pacific Domestic Time hours of 8-5pm PDT daily

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent in education and experience required.

Resides within Pacific or Mountain time zone

Communication training or equivalent helpful.

Strong knowledge of industry equivalent products, services, and tools.

A history of successful performance in one of the following operational, implementation or service positions:
