Starfire Body Piercing Studio is Central Oregons source for the highest quality body jewelry & expert piercing services. We are now offering our Body Jewelry online and looking for a team member to join as we help grow our ecommerce footprint.
Starfire Body Jewelry Company has an opportunity for a dedicated, hard-working, innovative individual looking to get in during our growth mode. Our goal is to offer the highest quality body jewelry to those who arent fortunate enough to have a studio close to them offering it. ¦And for those whod rather shop from the comfort of their sofa.
Our E-Commerce Specialist will be the right-hand for our Boss Lady as we roll out new SKUs, make site adjustments & updates and navigate the best user experience for our customers. The successful candidate for our e-commerce position will engage in regular communication with the Customer Service Team to ensure accuracy & high-quality functionality on the site. You will be Employee #1 in a department poised for growth!
Skills/Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent attention to detail required! Must be relentless in maintaining a high-level of quality & consistency throughout the website.
- Self-Motivated. Self-Starter. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious & looking for ways to do jobs more efficiently.
- The ability to study & learn the styles, sizes & location of body jewelry & body piercings. This will all be taught to the standards that we hold. Looking for someone who is eager to learn a new product set for the purposes of making our site successful & user-friendly.
Job Duties (included, but not limited to):
- Responsible for the execution of our e-commerce operations from beginning to end
- Detailed maintenance & improvement of listings (title, description, graphics, video, etc¦); creating an auditing system to ensure consistency & accuracy
- Population of new products following brand guidelines & web style guides to uphold brand standards
- Maintaining, updating & creating product flow via multiple store platforms (i.e. POS, website & Amazon)
- Project Management & Organization in relation to our e-commerce platform
- Cross-checking of Inventory & related systems in studio, online & via Amazon with our Inventory Management system
Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an e-commerce platform
- Proficient in MS Excel
Experience Preferred:
- Experience in multi-channel Sales Channels
- Experience with the Amazon Marketplace via Seller Central
