Here at Webfoot Concrete Coating, the hunt is on for a Seriously Great Digital Media Specialist to help our teams succeed as a national leader in the painting & home improvement industry.

In business for over 15 years, our tag line “Seriously Great” can be felt with every interaction had and every service provided. In a never-ending pursuit to be the best, we are seeking an experienced Digital Media Specialist who will work closely with the Webfoot Marketing Team to be the company storyteller by sharing stories of our employees, our customers, our culture, and the events that we sponsor.

The primary goal of the Digital Media Specialist is to visually show (through photo and video) the great work that we do at Webfoot Concrete Coatings and give a taste of the amazing culture we have. When the role is executed at its highest level, you will hear comments like this from the community:

“Man, you guys produce a lot of content.”

“You guys are so cool.”

“Who does your videos? They’re awesome!”

“I love how involved you are in the community.”

Job Role and Responsibilities:

-Research and identifying possible video topics

-Be in constant communication with customers/employees/others that will be in the video and manage all scheduling.

-Shoot and edit videos down to various lengths

-Organize all media content

-Manage all digital assets

-Partner with Community Manager to find relevant content for post and advertisements

Expectations:

-This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager through daily huddles, regular 1 on 1’s, and monthly marketing meetings.

-Demonstrate positive leadership through all actions with all employees.

-Attend all meetings on time.

-Work the necessary hours per week in order to perform all duties and responsibilities, with a minimum of 45 hours per week expected.

-Assist in the development and implementation of new systems, helping to maintain and increase the company’s profitability and organization as we change and grow.

-Assist in problem solving and implementing solutions.

-Participate in planning company growth and development and support company mission by following through on initiatives.

Qualifications:

-Proven work experience as a videographer or similar role (wedding videographer, etc)

-Prior experience in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management or Public Relations

-Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver

-Have an interest in popular culture, social media, and local community activities

-Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal
