PrideStaff, a firm specializing in recruiting for Central Oregon businesses, is seeking a Site Recruiter for one of Bend's largest employers. This is a high volume recruiting role supporting multiple sites throughout the US. The ideal candidate for this position will be sales-oriented, outcome-driven, able to follow established processes and scripts, and possess a genuine desire to help people. This is a M-F, full-time position working remotely.
Site Recruiter Job duties:
Recruit and screen candidates for jobs at site locations
Follow recruiting script to ensure standardized process
Use email, text messaging, social media to connect with prospective candidates
Deliver exceptional customer service
Manage a heavy call volume efficiently
Work in a fast-paced, team environment
Use MS Office and G-Suite
Ability to multi-task
Other duties as assigned
Site Recruiter Requirements:
1-3 years recent Customer Service and or Recruiting in an office environment
Type minimum 50 WPM
Proficient in MS Office and G-Suite
Able to resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
High attention to detail
Strong phone presence
Deliver exceptional customer service
