Central Oregon Truck Company, a nationwide leader in the flatbed trucking and logistics industry, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our high energy recruiting team.
This is a fast-paced transportation position offering great potential for a committed individual with a competitive drive and passion to succeed. This position recruits, interviews, checks references/driving history and makes orientation invitations to flatbed truck drivers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years equivalent work experience in recruiting
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Recruiting experience and a proven portfolio of success in hiring
- High organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi task and handle changing tasks throughout the day
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Must work out of Redmond
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in marketing, advertising, internet media
- Familiar with TenStreet (recruiting software) and TruckMate (transportation software)
- Need an “out of the box” problem solver.
HOURS and PAY:
- 40 hours per week
- After 60 days - 100% paid employee medical, dental, vision and short-term disability
- Competitive pay depending on experience and qualifications
