NIGHT AUDITOR - PART-TIME
The Night Auditor is focused on providing excellent customer service for all of our guests during the graveyard shift. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the Front Desk and auditing duties, while performing the standard duties of a front desk agent.
Job requirements:
-Organize and balance daily revenue and settlements; reset the PMS for the next business day.
-Run reports and generate reports for management
-Be alert and stand for long periods of time
-Present a friendly, outgoing and guest service oriented demeanor
-Be able to work without supervision and accurately assess and diffuse guest service issues
-Flexible schedule
Previous Night Audit experience preferred-This is a graveyard position

FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR - PART-TIME
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the hotel's customer service standards are upheld and the front desk duties are performed in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. The Front Desk Supervisor will act as Manager on Duty and handle any guest issues or complaints when the manager is not available.
Job requirements:
-Demonstrate good leadership and have a "team" oriented attitude
-Maintain a presence at the front desk; respond and resolve guest issues and concerns
-Monitor the completion and accuracy of the front desk agent's work
-Review incoming reservations for groups and special events and communicate to staff
-Flexible schedule (shifts will include days/nights/weekends/holidays)
Previous supervisory experience preferred

ROOM ATTENDANT - PART-TIME
Housekeeping Staff are the most essential part of the hotel operations. We are looking for exceptional people who can work quickly with a high level of attention to detail. We require the highest level of guest room cleanliness. We pride ourselves in our housekeeping staff's ability to impress every guest who steps into any of our rooms.
Job requirements:
-Understand and follow instructions
-Perform physical labor for at least 8 hours a day
-Walk, kneel, stoop and stand for entire shift while cleaning and servicing guest rooms; perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently, constantly lift, carry, push, or otherwise move objects
-Strip beds, remove soiled linen and trash from guestrooms; take to the appropriate locations in the prescribed manner
-Make beds in the prescribed manner
-Vacuum, dust, sweep and mop floors to ensure guest rooms are free from debris
-Report found articles to the Housekeeping Supervisor with proper documentation
-Respond at all the times, in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner to guests, managers and fellow associates
-Report all guest issues to management
-Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Previous hotel experience preferred but not necessary
