Successful candidates will demonstrate a command of basic botany as it applies to cannabis. Knowledge of how water and nutrients are absorbed and used, how the plant adapts to stress, and working understanding on controlling pests is essential. Knowledge of and experience with tissue culture a big plus. Must be willing to master a carefully crafted and very successful protocol.
