Brookswood Animal Clinic is seeking a 3/4 time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at our busy multi-doctor practice. We are seeking an energetic, positive, and compassionate goal orientated employee who embraces multi-tasking and working cooperatively with our valued clients, support staff, and veterinarians in a high volume practice.
Duties include answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, scheduling and confirming appointments, collecting payments, verifying and updating client demographics, managing medical records, and reconciling day end sales. These duties are in addition to the most important role of Veterinary Receptionist, building relationships with clients and setting the tone for a great client experience.
Qualifications include a preference for front desk veterinary experience, ability to multi-task, excellent customer service and people skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, be motivated and self-directed to work independently as well as part of a team.
This position is 30 to 36 hours per week and will be a mixture of 10 hour full day shifts and 5 hour afternoon shifts. Some weekends may be required. Wage depending on experience.
