WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO NIKE
Minimum3-6 years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or technical field.
Moderateto advanced Tableau skills preferred.
Provenability to synthesize data, develop hypotheses identify critical information,analyze and make recommendations required.
Strongpresentation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills,including results packaging and development of management presentations.
Experiencecommunication results to non-technical audiences including senior leadershipteams.
Abilityto develop strong partnerships across a multi-layered organization required.
Experiencein developing an understanding of customers, competitors, and retail trends;knowledge of sports apparel and footwear market preferred.
Familiaritywith Nike product types and how they are marketed and distributed is stronglypreferred.
Required Skills:
Fluency in SQL(Hive, Impala) or similar experience in analyzing large structured andunstructured datasets
Experience usinganalytics to understand consumer behavior and identify opportunities toaccelerate engagement
Experience with astatistical package is a plus (such as R, MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, Stata, etc.)
A familiarity withPython or related scripting language
A history of using analytics todefine and enable strategy

our consumers.As a NorthAmerican (NA) Direct Stores Analytics Manager II – Nike Membership you will
be using data to help inform store leadership on the best path to grow and
serve our Nike Membership Program (Nike Plus) members. You will provide insights that will shape our
strategy at the confluence of Nike Membership and Nike brick and mortar stores. You will support a cross-functional team on
initiatives that impact our North American store fleet, inform how Nike
Membership is represented best across the fleet, and help to guide our partners
on how to interpret and understand data-driven results.This position
requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual with strong technical and
analytical skills, high detail-orientation and excellent written and verbal
communication. Candidates with financial, strategic planning or business
analytics experience in a retail environment preferred. The right individual
will be attune to trends related to physical retail businesses and consumer
loyalty programs; understand the intricacies of a wholesale versus retail model
and understand the opportunity for Membership and loyalty programs to drive
direct-to-consumer brands.Key responsibilities:
Collaboratewith the NA Nike Membership and Stores teams to identify opportunities usingdata analytics to answer key questions around Members’ in-store behaviors
Partnerwith cross-functional stakeholders to understand insights and decisions drivingdigital platform businesses to inform and drive evolved Stores decision-making
