JRK has an immediate need for a Part-Time Porter/Make Ready maintenance professional. The Make Ready performs general repairs and maintenance associated with apartments. The Porter/Make Ready also prepares the unit for rental.
THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION, WILL BE 5 DAYS A WEEK/4 HOURS A DAY
Duties and responsibilities include:
General clean-up of property
Check/replace lights if necessary
Replace or repair windows, latches, screens, hinges sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, closets
Check apartment appliances
Check and repair general plumbing system (e.g. Disposal, toilet, sink, shower, etc.)
Paint units
Repair walls, ceilings, and tiles
Change AC filters
Minor electrical work
Clean and replace carpet
Other duties may be assigned as needed
