JOB TITLE Real Estate Document Specialist

STATUS Non-Exempt

LOCATION Tulsa, Oklahoma

JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required

Licensing: None required

Experience: 0+ years of experience

Software: Web browsers; Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Adobe Acrobat

Candidate must possess the following skills: Oral and written communication skills, teamwork, detail oriented, problem solving and ability to coordinate with other members of a project team.

JOB DESCRIPTION Document preparation and data entry for multiple agents and project managers, with supervision and training. Balances the workload from numerous agents on multiple projects.

The Real Estate Document Specialist will have the following duties:

Assist agents by preparing necessary documentation.

Data Entry to maintain accurate/current project information.

Build and maintain client files, physical and electronic, with all necessary documents.

Copy and scan documentation.

Interprets, organizes, and executes assignments as directed.

Demonstrates the ability to follow instructions.

Displays effective time management.

Adheres to company policies and client standards to ensure compliance with applicable policies and performance measures.

Willing to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.

Candidate must possess an Oklahoma Driver’s License and have reliable transportation to and from work.

Other duties as directed.
