The Punch-out/Warranty Technician is responsible for preparing residential homes for closing and maintaining homes that remain covered by the Builders Limited Warranty. Typically, punch lists will be provided to the Punch-out/Warranty Technician by the Construction Department or the Warranty Service Department; however, the Punch-out/Warranty Technician is responsible for spotting, repairing, and reporting additional damages or items in need of repair that do not appear on a punch list. The Punch-out/Warranty Technician will work alongside the Construction Superintendent and Purchaser during the inspection phase of the construction process, and with the Warranty Service Department and Homeowners during the Warranty Period. The Punch-out/Warranty Technician will provide exceptional customer service during and after the completion of the home and during and after the limited warranty period.
