Established Property Management Company is seeking a full time Skilled Remodeling and Maintenance Technician with light electrical and plumbing experience.
Ideal Candidate:
Have two years relevant work experience
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
Dependable transportation a truck to haul materials from one property to another is preferred, but not required
Be able to pass a drug test
Must be able to work independently and/or with a team
Bilingual is plus, but not required
Requested Experience/Duties:
General Building Maintenance, to include clean outs
Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Painting/Plastering, Caulking, Sheetrock, and Flooring
All around use of hand tools
Must be able to lift up 50 lbs loading and unloading building materials
Position is currently scheduled from Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30 minute lunch and a pay range of $13.00-$15.00/hr (depending on experience).
