This is a little rough part of town but is close to Riverside parks and Southernhills Country club area and is short driving distance to high income neighborhoods in Jenks, South and Mid town Tulsa. Following options are available-
1. Food truck- Use common commercial Kitchen for monthly base fee and pay per use. Food truck Pad site available to vend food nearby or vend food in various parts of town of your own choice.
2. Delivery only restaurants- Make your own web restaurant, sign up with our commercial kitchen to prepare food and sell it on line with Door-dash, Grub-hub, Uber eats etc for delivery. Just pay a small monthly fee and percentage of sales.
3. Catering only- Get your own catering orders. Prepare food in our commercial kitchen to prepare your delicious food. Just pay a small monthly fee and percentage of sales.
4. Eat in full dinning restaurant- rent our 2000 sq feet space for a traditional full service restaurant.
