SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGERRequisition #: 190000OSJob Summary Manages activities related to the

company’s Supply Chain operations inclusive of: Market intelligence, sourcing, procurement,

negotiations, contracting, supplier management, transactional excellence and

materials management.Essential Functions andResponsibilities

Establishdepartment goals that support the strategic direction of the company.

Support,coach and mentor a team of Supply Chain professionals to ensure continuousdevelopment, accountability, value creation, and best in class performance.

Develop,implement, and monitor performance goals and objectives. Work with direct reports to set aggressivegoals, measure results, and ensure that targets are achieved.

Developfit for purpose work standards across team and ensure standards are upheld.

Developpolicy recommendations and implement procedures consistent with establishedstrategies.

Identifyopportunities for improvement, recommend solutions, and lead implementation ofkey initiatives.

Coachteam to execute purposeful Supply Chain practices including: profiling spend,managing strategic suppliers, developing category strategies, performing fitfor purpose sourcing and negotiations, managing key suppliers, and effectivelymanage materials.

Overseehigh value/high priority sourcing and/or negotiation events.

Identifykey customers. Ensure customer expectations and service levels are met.

Createa positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, accountability,transparency, integrity, and unwavering customer service.

Managesand leads a team of five to eight Supply Chain professionals, whose cumulative managedspend is > $200MM.

Regularand reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Employeemay be required to perform additional duties as assigned.

Educationand Experience Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or an equivalent

combination of formal education and the following job-related knowledge or

experience:

15years preferred/10 years minimum of relevant Supply Chain, Operations, or otherrelevant functional experience.

7years preferred/5 years minimum of prior leadership experience. Experience managing, mentoring and training.

Workingknowledge of Supply Chain best practices.

Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skills.

Provenability to communicate, align, and influence at all levels of the organization.

Highlevel of energy, commitment and passion to achieve results and the ability towork within urgent deadlines. Ability tomeet deadlines under pressure.

Self-motivatedand the ability to work without continuous oversight.

Projectmanagement skills and experience.

Excellentanalytical, reasoning and decision-making skills.

Abilityto develop, coach and achieve results through others.

Knowledgeof ERP and Supply Chain applications.

Proficientwith Microsoft Office applications.

Demonstratedability to read and write fluently in English.

Certificationand Licensing

Applicable driver's license for travelto other locations.

PhysicalRequirements

Mobilityto travel in and around office surroundings and to other business locations.

Travelestimated at 50%

VisualRequirements

Sufficient toperform job duties.
