Excellent communication/phone skills
Proven Customer Service experience
Know how to diffuse a tense situation and do everything within reason to quickly and effectively resolve the issue
Build sustainable relations of trust through open and interactive communication
Basic computer skills: Order Entry
Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and polices
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Skills:
Basic Computer Skills - Order Entry
Excellent Communication/phone skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday - Hours to be determined by Customer Service Manager
Base Pay: Based on experience
