Maintenance Person - Full-Time Multifamily Apartment Complex in Ponca City, OK. We are seeking a Maintenance person for one of out locations in Ponca City. Our goal is to enhance the quality of our communities, in order to exceed our tenant's expectations. This position provides a great salary that is based on experience, and we are also willing to provide our employees with a discounted rent at our communities for their housing needs.Please review responsibilities & qualifications and respond to this post with an attachment of your resume.We are looking for handy people with general experience in carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and flooring. Extensive experience in all these area's is not required but preferred. However HVAC experience is required. We want a knowledgeable handy person to assist in maintaining all structural aspects of our multifamily apartment complex.Responsibilities:Coordinate and report daily maintenance requirements and accomplishments with Property Manager.Maintain an inventory log for all community supplies.Responsible for turnover process, troubleshooting and repair of all mechanical systems, service requests, and reporting of potential liability concerns or safety hazards, Assist with planning, and execution of all preventative maintenance programs such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and life-safety systems, and preventative pest control.Responsible for quality and quantity of work performed.Must be able to pass criminal background check.
