JOB DUTIES:
Take calls regarding warranty status
Recommend & sell repairs & customer loyalty sales for non-warranty items
Issue Return Merchandise Authorizations
Successfully complete all training and refresher courses: Product Codes & Technical information
regarding current & discontinued product
Be aware of any/all problems associated with specific product & ECN's
Learn all aspects of Oracle Order Entry & Service modules
Present a favorable and professional image of Stillwater Designs at all times
Make sure all requests are handled in a timely manner
Strive to meet deadlines regarding warranty estimates
Assist other areas of the Customer Service department as needed
Special Products as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required
Two years customer service related experience preferred
Exceptional organizational skills
10 key / typing by touch
Excellent telephone / communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Must be computer literate
Pleasant, polite & professional demeanor
Ability to negotiate without losing composure
Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times
Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
Ability to work 40 hours, M-F 8:00-5:00
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Must be able to operate a computer
Must be able to file paperwork with written word
