Seeking a hard working, self motivated, honest individual to manage out apartment complex in Ponca City, OK. The multi-family complex consists 100 units - 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Property management experience is not required, but would be a plus. This position requires an individual to have the ability to manage personnel, interact with potential residents, showing units, and familiarizing them with the property. Processing applications online. Also addressing all current residents concerns, posting payments, remote bank deposits, ordering supplies for maintenance. Must have computer experience, as all our software is online. This is a Monday- Friday 8-5 position. No weekends please email resume.
