Doing things like repairing plumbing, carpentry, installing a ceiling fan, doing touch-up painting for a make ready. Taking care of a repair punch list for Section 8. Doing a make ready. These are the types of jobs I have all the time. Are you looking for a steady position with a company that has a good track record?
