OklaHome real estate team is looking for a Community Manager for a neighborhood in Deer Creek.
Enjoy set hours (likely 1-6pm) 4-5 days/week.
No need to spend gas money driving all over town either. Enjoy your own fully set-up office in a beautifully decorated model home.
Pay would be hourly + commission/bonuses so your pay could be more consistent and guaranteed.
Buyers come to you - no need to pay thousands of dollars or cold-call to find prospects.
Less startup cost - no need to spend thousands of dollars on real estate signs, professional photos, etc.
Team support - Be a part of a close-knit team of Realtors who support and teach each other.
Training - Get one-on-one and group training to learn about real estate and new construction. Feel confident about guiding your Buyers through the process.
Long-term sales availability - You would be managing a community with 3-5 years worth of inventory - all for you to sell! Great opportunity to grow with an established company for years and years.
Real estate license helpful but not required. Desire to get your license would be required. We can help guide you through that process.
Reliable close transportation required, professional presentation required. No smoking or drug use.
Marketing/social media experience a plus.
Transaction coordinating/real estate contract paperwork organizing a plus.
Event planning experience a plus.
Full or part time both available - depending on your skill set and how much you'd like to make.
