Security Lock Service is looking for dispatchers to come join our team. We are looking for someone energetic, goal-driven and confident to take calls and make appointments.
Dispatcher duties include: scheduling work requests with customers, manage and monitoring services, relaying information to technicians in the field and responding to customer inquiries.
This person must have strong communication skills, be able to independently problem solve and exercise sound judgement, schedule job completion accordingly and multi-task to maintain the continuity of the workday.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently
Basic computer skills
Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must be technically inclined, knowledge of locksmithing a plus
Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations
Knowledge of geographical area/ basic map reading skills
