Leading Manufacturing company seeking Order Entry Clerk - Full time - $11-13 BOE
Duties:
1. Receiving purchase orders from customers, checking for errors, entering the orders into the company ERP systems.
2. Scanning documents into the company electronic storage platform
3. answering incoming phone calls from customers and directing them to appropriate salesperson
4. sending email order confirmations to customers
5. other clerical and inside-sales duties as required
Skills required:
1. strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
2. error free data entry into multiple ERP systems
3. attention to detail and ability to spot errors in the customer's purchase order (after training)
4. ability to match "smart" part numbers to specific item descriptions (after training)
5. strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a busy office environment
