Position Title: Sales Coordinator

Position Overview:
Sales Coordinator provides extensive sales and administrative support for the sales department. Sales coordinator serves as first point of contact to potential customers thereby communicating and representing the companys services and overall image.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Manages client prospect pipeline by generating, sourcing and qualifying leads from various sources e.g. company CRM, call lists, referrals and incoming phone inquiries.
Responsible for maintaining and managing company CRM system to ensure that all information is up to date and accurate.
Under the direction of VP of Sales works directly with call centers and other lead list vendors to ensure qualified and desirable appointments are being set.
Makes phone calls to set qualified prospect appointments for VP of Sales.
Under the direction of VP of Sales coordinates and manages appointment calendar.
Provides direct support to VP of sales in executing prospect appointments by securing and communicating all necessary prospect information.
Supervision Received:
This position reports directly to VP of Sales. Works under regular supervision.
Qualifications & Skills:
GE or high school diploma is required, associate degree strongly preferred.
2-3 years of sales related experience, including phone sales.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills
Passionate, hard-working and well-organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask.
Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality.
Ability to meet deadlines
Able to work as part of the team
Pays attention to detail
Self-Starter who is proactive and motivated
