Wanted - full time 40 hour week for general maintenance person with experience. Must have transportation and be able to perform minor electrical, plumbing and various rehab requirements, such as minor sheetrock and carpenter work on mobile homes. The homes are located on a 60 acre park. This job will require reading of the individual water meters that are located on each individual home. Also there is mowing during the spring/summer season. The mowing will require that you have some experience with a zero bad boy mower. When tenants move out of the homes there are repairs to be made and usually some painting.
