In need of an experienced full time maintenance. Immediate hire Must be able to be on call every other week. Must have valid drivers license and social security card. Must know how to do minor electric such as outlets, switches, circuits, light fixtures and breakers. Plumbing such as copper, pex, fixtures, drains, valves and hot water heaters. Must know how to do all make ready such as drywall, texture, patch repair, sheet rock, painting, tile. Looking for a hard worker, dedicated to his work and always on time.
