We are looking for people passionate about Craft Beer, food, and service. This position is trained on all server functions and includes extensive training on craft beer knowledge. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
Oak & Ore is a craft beer bar and restaurant that serves the best craft beer available in Oklahoma the way the brewer intended it to be served. We utilize a special tap system that allows us to dial in each tap for the perfect pour in the appropriate glassware at multiple, style appropriate temperatures. We pair this all with a diversity of delicious appetizers, salads, entrees, and deserts. We pride ourselves on a staff that is passionate and knowledgeable about our products, engages customers in conversations, works together as a team and shares together in responsibility and success. Because of this, Oak & Ore utilizes a 100% tip share model for hourly employees and pay higher than industry standard hourly wages for our team.
