At Big Truck Tacos our motto is Saving the world, one taco at a time. We are passionate about the food we serve and the people we serve it to. We work hard to cultivate an experience that keeps people coming to our restaurant regularly since we opened in 2009. We do that with tacos and we do that with our customer service.
The catering department is in charge of prepping catering orders, delivering and setting up buffet style service, providing professional, polite and knowledgeable service during full service style catering events, and assisting the client throughout the process from start to finish.
Truck staff works both private catered events as well as “show and sell” style bookings open to the public. Truck employees must work quickly and efficiently, be able to work to our restaurant standards, and work well with a small crew in the tight space of a food truck. It is not for the faint of heart, but if you like your work to be new every day, are largely self-motivated, and have a love of customer service, the trucks and catering department is for you!
Prior experience is appreciated but not necessary. Attention to detail, politeness and warmth, and teamwork are a must!
