Coordinate Installation Schedule
Other Responsibilities related to Administrative Support as needed
Job Requirements
2 years of experience working with customers using a multi-line phone (required)
Professional and friendly phone presence
2 years of practical experience using Microsoft Excel & Word (required)
1 year of practical experience using QuickBooks (a plus!)
Ability to quickly learn new computer systems
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced work environment
