Job Summary: Greets and serves internal and external customers in a polite and courteous manner from assigned area. Performs a variety of Food Service Assistant Retail responsibilities inclusive of: handling money and operating cash register according to proper techniques and ensuring money variances are within acceptable standards, prepare food items, beverages and operates equipment safely, stocks and cleans assigned areas, performs sanitation duties and participates in cross-utilization of department personnel.Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid Food Handler's permit from any Oklahoma County Health Department.Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year related experience.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Effective interpersonal communication skills.
