Seeking a hardworking, self-motivated, honest individual to manage our
property in Lawton. The Multi-Family complex consists
of 83 units - 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments. Property Management
Experience is not required, but would be a plus.
Position requires individual to ability to manage personnel,
interact with potential residents, showing units, and familiarizing them
with property. Processing applications online.
Also addressing all current residents concerns,
posting payments, remote bank deposits, and ordering supplies for
maintenance. Must have computer experience, as all our
