We are looking for Contractors who are experienced with Property Preservation throughout Ardmore, Lawton Duncan, Altus and surrounding areas. You MUST carry General Liability Insurance, have your own trailer, and required equipment and know the photos requirements while on-site.
You will need to be able to perform work orders such as:
Evictions
Initial Secures
Final Secures
Lock-changes
Trash-Outs
Winterizations
De-Winterizations
Allow Accesses
Grass Cuts
Etc., Etc., Etc,
