a variety of specified tasks associated with the implementation, development

and revision of Nation policies and procedures.

Serves as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to policy/procedure

development, approval, and implementation.Primary Tasks:

Manage policy and/or procedure document

development for the Nation.

Review existing

policies and procedures for clarity, consistency and continuity.

Identify changes

needed to resolve conflicts between policies and make suggestions to improve

policy clarity, consistency and continuity.

Identify and define issues, develop

criteria, review and analyze current processes and procedures, and document the

enterprise compliance processes.

Identify and analyze trends and patterns

occurring over time and within or across business units.

Provide assistance and educational

development in the processes of writing document content and identifying risk.

Oversee flow of

policies and procedures from draft through publication.

Assist document owners in the final

approval process by modifying documents, identifies roles for approval, and

ensuring the Policy Development Policy and Standard Operating Procedure are

complied with throughout the process.

Archive documents as needed within

appropriate software/s.

Gather and summarize complex, sensitive

and confidential data and prepare routine and non-routine reports and

correspondence.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Education, Skills and Experience:MINIMUM

Bachelor’s

in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience

Excellent

analytical, statistical, personal organization, attention to detail and

problem-solving skills

Excellent

oral and written communication techniques and presentation skills

Ability

to act with discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive materials

Proficient

knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Three (3) years Technical Writing experience

Three (3) years related work

experience in operational governance such as internal/external audit,

compliance, risk management or quality control

TARGET

Master of Business Administration degree or related

field

Excellent

analytical, statistical, personal organization, attention to detail and

problem-solving skills

Excellent

oral and written communication techniques and presentation skills

Ability

to act with discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive materials

Advanced

knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Five (5) years Technical Writing experience

Five (5) years related work

experience in operational governance such as internal/external audit, compliance,

risk management or quality control
