Not a full time position.pay in cash. must have most tools I will supply some if needed . must be have experience NOT looking for a master carpenter or anything but someone that has common sense and willing to do all kinds of stuff from carpentry,drywall,finishing, plumbing,light electrical,roofing if possible depending on weather. Pay depends on experience,ride,tools etc minimum $10 to $15 in cash. I will require to get a SS# just in case I get stuck with a thief so I can go after you for prosecution. The SS# is not used for a 1099. That's only if your hired on to do work. I am a land lord that needs some help and someone reliable. send me your info and I will get back with you asap.
