Mountain Supply and Service is looking for an experienced Manager in our St. Clairsville, OH location.

FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Direct Supervisor: Operations Manager

Job Summary: Manages the day-to-day activities of the operations at the Pressure Testing Operational Unit. This position is accountable for training all personnel and monitoring daily progress for accuracy and productivity. The primary objective is to improve efficiency and profitability of the shop activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitors disassembly, clean up, and material handling.

Supervises rebuilds and material handling of the inspection process.

Assists in staging material for different zones of the inspection and repair processes with regard to staffing needs, workflow efficiency and safety.

Check incoming inventory for accuracy and quality.

Manages inventory at the location by conducting weekly cycle counts.

Responsible for the safety and compliance of wmployees and equipment, including vehicles and trailers.

Responsible for answering staff and customer phone calls in a timely manner.

Communicate effectively between management, sales, purchasing, and office personnel to deliver excellent customer service.

Focus on team building and employee development.

Seek to show strong leadership to the team and leverage these relationships to further the goals of the company.

Troubleshoot any potential problems in a method that is proactive instead of reactive.

Maintain a safety first attitude at all times.

All other job duties and responsibilities as determined by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Oilfield pressure testing industry knowledge, troubleshooting issues and equipment maintenance a plus.

Able to pass all company required physical and drug testing examinations.

Familiar with safety program compliance and execution.

Ability to set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

Warehouse environment

May be exposed to dirty and dusty environment

Work Schedule and Benefits:

Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm, some weekends and nights as needed
