Responsibilities This role will encompass the following items: TPM will work with PTS, SPSE's, PSE's, CEs and the external customer to execute and manage technical issues to resolution on equipment issues For the field events, the TPM will primarily be responsible for the overseeing the return of the unit to service as quickly as possible (no more than 48hours), ensuring all investigation aspects of the event are completed accurately and as quickly as possible, and hardware is returned to factory for analysis in expeditious manner. TPM will track and ensure execution is completed on all FCNs for equipment within the America's Project Execution project portfolio. For clarity, this means the TPM would understand the technical issue, provide input to the product side/ PTS to ensure we can execute it in the field, make sure parts are available, instructions, schedule, logistics, tickets, etc Outside of the FCN's, the TPM will manage broader fleet issues which are affecting multiple construction sites. This would include the same tasks as listed above for FCN's TPM will travel as necessary to resolve all technical issues, but the role is mainly a back-office role TPM would assist in the RCAR completion and review. TPM will assist with process and procedure compliance across our projects.
