Seeking a person responsible for “holding the keys” and safeguarding our building. We are leasing space and needing a building manager of sorts to unlock the building to let potential Clients in. Also monitoring the building to ensure it’s secure. There is also a great deal of handyman work which will be paid for on a project basis. The porter position salary is $500 a month. Ideal person would have property management and/or light construction work experience.
