Growing Company in Sandusky, Ohio has an immediate full-time opening for an experienced shipping assistant. Regular daytime work schedule Monday through Friday. Regular attendance is a must. Requires good organizational skills, precise paperwork management, basic computer skills and previous shipping experience. Candidates must be able to read and write legibly and must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and infrequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Candidates will be expected to wrap loads using a stretch wrapper, load trucks with electric pallet jack, prepare packages for shipment, complete all associated paperwork including bills of lading, occasionally perform receiving duties and other miscellaneous shipping duties. We are a drug-free work place with a clean work environment. Drug test and physical is required.
