BrightView takes care of its employees, customers, and communities while delivering exceptional landscapes that positively impact millions of lives every day.We are seeking a highly-qualified, experiencedRegional Administratorto provide support to the Senior Vice President, Vice President of Finance and other regional leadership team members. The ideal candidate must be professional, proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the SVP and other senior team members:

Provide Regional Administrative support to VP, Finance and other members of the senior leadership team.

Provide training, guidance and coaching to the Branch Administrators across the state of TX.

Be able to step into a Branch Admin role if the need arises.

Provide primary support for meetings/conferences to include: all meeting logistics, preparing agendas, collecting information, arranging live meetings/interactive software, conference calls, hotel accommodations, catering, room set up, and document preparation.

Complex calendar scheduling to include: coordinating scheduling and updating of executive and senior team member calendars.

Manage travel itineraries to include: coordinating travel, lodging, ground transportation and update on executive and senior team member calendars.

Manage expenses through Concur reporting system

Approve and track supply orders for Regional office.

Processes departmental invoices and expenses as appropriate.

Collect, compile and analyze moderately complex data, and coordinate projects and deadlines directly or through others.

Field phone calls and related inquiries on behalf of the department, sorting mail, etc.

Administrative tasks including filing, scanning, printing, and creating documents.

Maintain documents on appropriate file servers and repositories.

Proactively develop relationships with key internal/external client contacts, gaining recognition as a team resource.

Use core technology applications, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Other duties as assigned.

Responsible for Payroll and Tracking for Employee PTO

Coordinating and planning for Regional meetings and events.

Ability to Travel frequently within the Region (if needed).

Experience, Education and Qualifications:

College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast paced environment.

Advanced proficiency required with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be detail-oriented, self-starter who can work both individually and in a collaborative team environment.

Strong ability to multitask and handle competing priorities in a constantly changing environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Solid understanding of JD Edwards EOne and EIS.
