Residential remodeling company hiring. Please read entire ad before sending me a generic resume. If you can’t spend a short time to answer my questions in full, then you are most likely not going to receive a response from me.

I am a small remodeling business that does most phases of construction remodeling. Ranging from kitchen to bathroom remodels, flooring (LVT, laminate, hardwood, tile, etc.) drywall (hanging and finishing), painting, electrical, some plumbing, and more. I am looking for an experienced and qualified person to fill an open position. I don’t expect someone to be perfect in all trades I have mentioned, but I am looking for someone who can be trustworthy, hard working, and skilled enough to be able to not have to babysit and can take care of jobs self sufficiently if I cannot always be on site.
I am offering full time work, or very close to it. It may be 32-40 hours a week, sometimes more, sometimes less.
Must have your own tools if you’re skilled, light tools as a helper is preferred, and a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to get to work on time.
Please apply only if you’re clean cut, drug free, and keep your personal issues at home, which includes keeping phone usage on your lunch and break times. I’m looking for hard working adults who want to progress in life, not those whom I need to babysit.
Working hours are typically 7:00-3:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch, and 2-10 minute breaks per day.
I’m not difficult to work with, but I do not want the typical lazy worker who just shows up for a quick buck and becomes lazy after getting their first check.
