Full Time, 2nd shift Monday – Friday, 4:00 pm - 2:30 am
R+L Carriers has immediate need for a Full Time Rates Clerk.
Responsibilities will include:
Rating Bills
Answering high volume calls on a multi-line system
Redirecting calls to appropriate contacts
Work directly with clients and internal departments
Audit invoices for corrections
Other duties may apply as requested by management.
Requirements:
Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
Dependable and well organized
Must be computer literate
Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
