Responsible for fostering a fun environment.
Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.
Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.
Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.
Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to company policy and T.I.P.S training.
Promote gaming events and promotions.
Must process cash and credit card transactions for guests while maintaining the integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
Maintain a clean and stocked workstation.
Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations.
Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Responsible for serving, pre-bussing, bussing and cleaning your section and your teammates section (full-hands in and full-hands out).
Roll silverware and clean during down time.
Perform all opening and closing side work at the direction of your supervisor or manager.
Help team members ensure guest is served in a timely manner.
Expedite and run food for all tables.
Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and sanitized.
Must be able to understand and articulate the menu and drinks to guests.
Tip out bartenders.
Stock and clean your section.
Must participate in end of shift rolling silverware and completion of side work, as a team, until it is all completed.
Will work special events, as needed.
Other duties, as needed.

Must be able to work a at a very fast pace and walk long distances throughout the shift.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
Must be comfortable and capable learning new software.
Education and/or Experience: Prefer one-year cumulative experience in the Food and Beverage Industry and/or high school diploma or equivalent.Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Reasoning Ability: Be able to make quick, reasonable decisions regarding patron and team member interactions.Certifications, Licenses, Registrations : Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.Physical Demands :The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
