Financial Business Systems Analyst

Management Resources, the senior consulting arm of Robert Half, might be a good fit for you.The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for applying principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial and management reports. Additionally, Business Systems Analyst will assist with development and maintenance of financial and management reporting systems requiring programming and database administration skills, as well assisting Finance and Information Systems department in maintaining historical and archived records and reports, and alike.The Business Systems Analyst will also be responsible for analyzing financial information to summarize current and projected company goals/metrics, as well as plans, studies, and collects data to determine best methods for distribution of information to business leaders. The Business Systems Analyst devises and implements various systems and or methods of management information using company tools such as Excel, Microsoft-Access, SSRS, SharePoint, among others. The Business Systems Analyst will also assist with Audit process and coordinates implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures, along with assisting with the design, implementation, and administration of new software systems to assist finance with daily operations and record keeping.If interested in learning more about this Business Systems Analyst position or other consulting opportunities with Robert Half Management Resources, please email your resume to Sean Whitford at [email protected] Qualifications :5+ years in business systems analysis with at least 3 years of experience with large scale and complex systemsUnderstanding of Licensing and Consumer Products industry with demonstrated domain experience in Revenue Accounting, Finance and Contract Management Systems including, but not limited to contract processes and practices, licensee royalty statement submission processes, royalty and revenue transaction processingExperience with highly integrated accounting applications, including interfaces to SAP, forecasting, data warehouses, master data management, and product master is desirableKnowledge of KPIs and terms to support reporting for Revenue Accounting, Contract Management, Legal, and Category Management business partnersExcellent communication, collaboration and client engagement skillsExcellent analytical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills with attention to detailAbility to lead cross-team projects5+ years of Project Management experience on complex level projects is desirableScrum Master and Agile certification is preferredTools:Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Google Docs, SharePointHP Toolset: ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), Quality Center, JiraRequired Education :Requires BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related fieldOur industry-leading alliances and broad client network provide you greater access to a variety of unique interim and long-term project opportunities that can keep you continuously engaged.
