Position Overview
As a Sales Consultant, you must be self-motivated and results driven. A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn about our wide range of AT&T products is key to your success.
QUALIFICATIONS
Persuasive and knowledgeable. Must be able to walk customers through the process of switching their mobile carrier.
Previous cell phone sales experience recommended, but not required.
Ability to take direction and feedback.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work within multiple software programs.
Must be proficient in data entry.
