Growing real estate development firm seeking a general all-around handyman. Qualified candidates can demo, plumbing, electrical, paint, drywall, carpentry work, flooring and tile work, just to name a few. Minimum 3-year experience in and around residential construction. Must have reliable transportation and basic tools. There is a lot of room for growth.
Starting pay depends on experience, skills, work ethic and ability to manage a project.
Compensation: $18-$30/hour
