Seeking a hardworking, organized and dependable part-time employee in Accounting department of manufacturer located in Parkman, Ohio (20 minute drive from Bainbridge/Chagrin Falls).
Hours - 3-4 Days per Week; 6 hours per day; Flexible Scheduling
Responsibilities Include:
Process customer invoices/payments & log credit card payments in Quickbooks/online.
Communicate with vendors to update tax exemption forms.
Shared front-office duties: answering the phone and monitoring email accounts.
Assist with physical inventories of office items.
Participate in recruitment process by recruiting, scheduling interviews and speaking to candidates. HR experience is a plus!
Run occasional errands for office supplies or immediately needed parts.
Executing other related duties and participating in special projects as assigned.
