Looking for a full time Catering Chef. Must have high volume catering experience. Alcohol and drug free. Salary based pay with bonuses based on performance. Must know how to menu plan and food costing and purchasing. Also willing to tend to our farm to table gardens. Looking for a chef with an OCD cleaning habits. Must be able to work unsupervised, trustworthy and good work ethics. Great job for a young energetic Chef with a good career path. This is not seasonal so January Thru December.
